Architects

A local award-winning architectural practise was suffering from intermittent IT outages – despite the equipment being relatively new.

 

TEAMnetwork was engaged to introduce stability allowing the practise to focus on what it was good at – designing and building commercial and residential properties.

 

Working together, a broad range of updates and maintenance steps were applied – mostly overnight. Within weeks of trouble free operation, the client knew the wisdom of a little t.l.c

 

A scheduled preventative programme was implemented soon after.  Today the systems continue to meet the need of the organisation.

Engineers

A medium sized professional engineering company operated out of two offices located in different New Zealand cities.

 

The organisations leveraged the power of high-speed internet connections and modern firewall technologies to link the two sites together.

 

In order to maximise efficiencies, the company decided to share work between the offices using spare capacity when it came available.  Reliance on the link became essential.

 

When the ISP at one location changed its underlying technology – issues ensued.

Recently, we have expanded their network to cater to two new office rooms within the building. A highly proactive approach to prevent the majority of problems before they happen while being on-deck to cater to anything else.
