Government Department
When government decided that a new department should be formed by combining thee existing ministries, they looked to TEAMnetwork to make it happen.
After week of meticulous investigation and hours of technical consideration, TEAMnetwork worked with key representatives to create a new infrastructure that would work. Leveraging the best of all three and allowing for desperate systems was essential and a clearly stated business requirement.
Working to a deadline, TEAMnetwork engineers gathered the key personalities across all three organisations and where appropriate, involved their IT suppliers. Together, they all bought into shared vision and the plan to implement it.
Just four weeks later and it was done. The new department was formed and TEAMnetwork had once again shown what can be done by working together.
Membership based organisation
A Wellington professional membership-based organisation needed to update its business systems to better serve its members. Almost all solutions options placed demands on their network and server infrastructure that they were not in a situation to meet. Furthermore, an additional constraint was a very clear limit on available capital investment funds.
They chose to focus on the business solution and associated process changes they would need to make – leaving the associated infrastructure problem to TEAMnetwork.
